If you didn't find an answer in the Knowledge Base, submit a ticket to contact us. You can also make it directly from your work editor using the button "Report Bug or Suggestion".
You can view the tickets you submitted before and check thier status. We doing our best in order to process every ticket as quick as possible and provide you with a satisfactoy solution.
